There is a Bright Future for Fiberglass Sheet

Fiberglass sheet is a very good alternative material for metal materials. With the rapid development of market economy, fiberglass sheet has become the essential raw material in the fields like construction, transportation, electronics, electrical, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, national defense and other industries. As is widely applied in many fields, fiberglass sheet is paid more and more attention by people day by day. The big consumers and producers of fiberglass sheet are mainly the developed countries such as the United States, Europe and Japan. The per capita consumption of fiberglass sheet is relatively higher.

The rapid development of China's fiberglass sheet in recent years is powered by the markets both at home and abroad. The expanding of the international market has something to do with the total demand growth. And the withdraw of some international enterprises because of the lower profit in the early stage leaves somedevelopment space for domestic fiberglass sheet businesses to step into the international market. And the growth of fiberglass sheet in the domestic market is driven by the rapid development of the downstream consumer industries. China fiberglass sheet industry has developed to a considerable scale in these years.  

With the national macroeconomic policy transfer from stimulate growth to autonomous growth, China fiberglass sheet industry in 2011 has experienced the shift from rapid growth to growth dropped gradually. During the full year of 2011, China has produced 2.79 million tons fiberglass sheet cumulatively. There are 69 pool kiln of fiberglass sheet in production.

In 2012, China has adjusted the access standards for fiberglass sheet industry.  The production standard of the newly-built pool kiln in the Fiberglass Sheet Industry Access Condition increases to 50000 tons/year compared with the original 2007 version of 30000 tons/year. In 2012, the total production of China fiberglass sheet reached to 4.3096 million tons, increased by 10.17% compared with the same period in 2011.
